Great Wall sues Fiat
Published: 14 Oct 2009 10:02:02 PSTGreat Wall Motor said that it's prepared to file a complaint to Fiat Auto's headquarter in Italy, accusing it of stealing the Chinese automaker's commercial secrets.
Great Wall Motor has filed a complaint in Shijiazhuang Intermediate People's Court in June and submitted evidence to prove that Fiat once snooped around its research center and took photos of Peri, a small car that was still under development.
