China Aoyuan acquires land in Zhongshan for RMB 640 mln

The parcel has a potential floor area of 351,700 square meters (sq m). In September 2009, the Hong Kong-listed company will start to sell four residential property projects in Guangdong Province. One project, located in Fogang County, Qingyuan City of the province, will include townhouses each with a floor area between 170 sq m and 199 sq m and detached houses each with a floor area ranging from 295 sq m to 448 sq m. The other three projects are all located in Guangzhou City. The one located in Panyu District will have nine blocks with 12 stories each.
