OCT Group to invest RMB 4.5 bln in Wuhan tourism project
Published: 29 May 2009 00:02:56 PSTMay 29, 2009 (China Knowledge) - Shenzhen-based Overseas Chinese Town Group Corp (OCT Group) has signed a strategic framework agreement with the Wuhan municipal government on a comprehensive tourism project in the city, sources reported. The project, to be located in the East Lake scenic area, will include a theme park, luxury hotels, entertainment facilities as well as residential buildings. Ren Kelei, president of OCT Group, expressed his confidence in the investment potential of the East Lake, and said the company will try to build the project in accordance with international standards.
