TJ Innova Engineering gets capital from PE firms

Apr. 3, 2009 (China Knowledge) - TJ Innova Engineering & Technology Co, a Chinese company focused on automobile design, recently received around RMB 50 million worth of capital injection from private equity (PE) firms, sources reported.

Shenzhen Fortune Venture Capital Co Ltd cooperated with other investors to pour RMB 50-million in investment into TJ Innova Engineering & Technology to help the latter company enhance the growth of the automobile design industry.

Xiao Bing, CEO of Shenzhen Fortune Venture Capital, said it is a good time to make investments now that the global financial crisis has impacted enterprises in more industries.

Shenzhen Fortune Venture Capital, registered on Apr. 19, 2000, is currently managing PE funds of around RMB 2 billion.
