Jan. 13, 2009 (China Knowledge) - U.S.-based financial holding company JPMorgan Chase & Co has raised its shareholding in Hang Lung Properties Ltd<101> to 5.03% from 4.96% on Jan. 6, according to the Stock Exchange's SDI information. JPMorgan Chase has acquired 2.915 million H-shares in Hang Lung Properties for HK$ 55.385 million, and its total H-share holding in the Hong Kong-based property developer increased to 208.704 million from the previous 205.789 million. The average price of the share transaction was HK$19 apiece. H-shares of Hang Lung Properties fell 3.46% to end at HK$17.30 on Monday.
