![]() Jan. 12, 2009 (China Knowledge) - U.S.-based financial holding company JPMorgan Chase & Co has cut its shareholding in Kerry Properties Ltd<683> to 4.99% from 5.16% on Jan. 5, according to the Stock Exchange's SDI information. JPMorgan Chase has sold 2.375 million H-shares in Kerry Properties for HK$ 49.623 million, and its total H-share holding in the Hong Kong-based property developer decreased to 71.303 million from the previous 73.679 million. The average price of the share transaction was HK$20.89 apiece. H-shares of Kerry Properties Ltd grew 3.97% to close at HK$20.95 on Friday.
