Beijing Tongrentang opens 1st outlet in Kunming
Published: 25 Nov 2008 02:06:39 PSTNov. 25, 2008 (China Knowledge) - Beijing Tongrentang Group Co Ltd, a well-known traditional Chinese medicine enterprise, has set up the first retail store in Kunming, the capital city of Yunnan province, Southwest China. The new outlet marks Tongrentang's first attempt to enter the regional market, with strong competitive edges, such as its own brand, rich culture and variety of its medicine products. With the history of more than 300 years, Tongrentang runs over 800 outlets across the country. As of the end of 2007, the company's total assets amounted to RMB 8.7 billion.
