China's YGM in talks to buy Aquascutum

The talks are expected to conclude sometime in next few weeks, said Chan Wing Sun, CEO of YGM, adding that the company is already licensed to sell Aquascutum-brand clothes in Asia, and considers it to have great potential. Renown has owned the brand for 19 years. Last year Renown said it was considering selling Aquascutum as part of a restructuring after three consecutive years of losses.
