Fujian Kangjiaxu Bamboo & Wood Co., Ltd. mainly produces and sells bamboo & wood products, including office supplies, kitchen wares, washroom supplies and so on. Actually, before the establishment of our company, we have got successful business experience in the global market by doing promotion at Alibaba. So, since we set up the bamboo and wood company, we aimed to the global market and signed contract with Alibaba.

The company was totally new and the products were also totally new to us. We started to buy land, build manufactory, develop new products. But at that time, we didn’t have even one customer. The most advantage we had was a professional engineer team, promotion on Alibaba and our confidence to the market. Gradually, after about half a year, we got 3-4 inquiries a day and sent out many quotations, but no any customer required samples or mentioned orders.

No one buy their products is really the worst situation for one company. Not any other choice, a widely and comprehensive research had been done, we found that our products were of too high-end and the prices were too high. The high prices scared away the potential buyers. We organized our engineers to develop middle grade products and some lower grade items to meet different customer’s demands. After 3 months’ hard working, the first order has been placed.

This is a customer from Australia, he would like to do a complex carving logo on a penholder, our engineers said we need a laser carving machine to do it. But at that time, we didn’t have the laser carving machine. Although we have been in the global market of bags for many years, for bamboo company, it’s our first sample the customer requested, we really felt excited. Thinking that the carving machine will be used widely in the future, we bought one immediately to complete this sample. As we wished, the customer were rather satisfied with the sample we sent to them, they called us on weekend, asked us to make them a PI. No doubt, it encouraged us strongly and from then on, we got orders frequently from customers from different countries, the market also expanded gradually. Now our main market is Europe, America, Japan and ANZAC.

Now, our business has just begun, there is a long way for us to go. With Alibaba and our experienced team, we’re confident that we can do better in the near future.
