Guizhou kailin Co., Ltd. has more than 50 years history in phosphate fertilizer producing and now the annually production of phosphorus-coal-chemical ranks NO.4 among the world. Guizhou kailin Co., Ltd. has been expanding the industrial scale with six main industries of mining, phos-chemicals, coal-chemicals, real estate, domestic &overseas trading and logistics. The total phosphate rock production of our company is 5 million tons, and also 2.5million tons of DAP, 760 thousand tons of MAP, 150 thousand tons of TSP, 375 tons of Ammonia, 60 thousand tons of YP, 100 thousand tons of SSF. The annually total export of fertilizer is more than 400 thousand tons.

In 2008, thanks to the rapidly growth of biofuel, the total export of phosphate fertilizer was over growth. The exceeding export of fertilizer threatened the food security, so the government issued a series of polices to prohibit the exportation of phosphate fertilizer. Therefore, we had to cease our fertilizer export. Crisis also means opportunity. Our company takes some new trading methods innovatively in order to enhance our own international trade employee’s ability. We decided to get help from Alibaba. Alibaba has an outstanding fame in the world, we can take advantage of its platform to exhibit ourselves and our main products. There are also many buyers and sellers in Alibaba.com, and we can deal with international business easily. So we signed an one-year-long paid listing contract. During the cooperation with Alibaba.com, we feel that Alibaba has the professional serving management, we can get effective and excellent service form their team.

Because of our own ability and powerful produce and sales channel, we got many inquiries from the Alibaba.com, which was beyond our imagination. We had closed some deals finally. After the government policy changed, we got a 2,000 tons export contract. Although it was really a small amount contract, we also feel happy from the achievability.

After our new phosphate fertilizer producing facilities put into operation, we will have another 1.2 million tons production of DAP. Therefore, we need to enlarge our market share in both domestic and overseas market. Meanwhile, we also want to make our contributions to the development of the world agriculture by supply our best quality phosphate rock and phosphate fertilizer and also realize our principles of “share the profit with the whole world and our colleagues”.

This year, we sign a two years’ contract with Alibaba, and hope that we can make more success from our cooperation!
