6. Quotation valid time
Once the quotation is done well, it is better to send the quotation to the clients within 5 hours after the communication with the clients by mail, the clients will feel that you work hard and efficiently, and you are professional one. It is more important to give enough time to the clients to read your quotation and think about their questions, it is better for the next communication.
