Liang Jian xin, the director of Wei Hong Paper & Printing Co.Ltd has a deep feeling for printing industry. Decades of years ago, he got his first job in a printing company.

In the situation of supply exceeds demand for domestic market, Wei Hong Paper & Printing Co., Ltd began to export their products & service through trading companies.

After short contact, I found out Jack Ma and Alibaba's characteristics-Providing us with the service & products for the small and medium enterprises. The problems we confront, and he provides the feasible resolutions to those problems for us as well.
Out of the recognition to Jack Ma and Alibaba, Mr. Liang decided to joined as Alibaba's "Gold Supplier" in March, 2005.
The investment is based on our trustworthiness on Alibaba's strength, I believe "online miracles" that are different from traditional marketing channels will turn up.
For the deals that clinched online, Grace Yan from the sales Dept. told us the "online miracles" she experienced. On the E-commerce platform, our sales now just need to click the mouse to do business with clients from all over the world. We receive several inquiries every Day, sometime up to 20 a day.
We came to contact with 2 Hong Kong companies in last July and September, and have established fruitful business relationship with them till now. The order amount increases to tens of thousands. From August to October, we also sealed another order worth 50,000RMB with a Korean customer.
Besides, we are now negotiating with several clients from Sweden, Pakistan, Australia, etc.
Our overseas sales Dept. develops from one sales to three now, and we have adopted a multi-suppliers CRM System which is more convenient and efficient for us to operate.
Online business is more meaningful to the new colleagues, for example, one of our new colleagues who came to our company 2 months ago has gained an order worth tens of thousands Yuan from Alibaba (English website), and it's not easy to get such a good result through traditional marketing channels.
Plenty of practical opportunities help us grow quickly with the development of e-commerce.
Referring to the future development, Mr. Liang opened his heart:"We are a private company with about 100 workers. We don't have so many advantages, and have a lot of difficulties to do financing. But Alibaba provides us a wonderful platform so that we become confident to take the road to export, and will march to the worldwide market.
"Outside, we must compete with others; inside, we must improve the management level", "This is my objective for 2006.We moved to the new factory which covers an area of 5000 square meters on 23th,Dec.,2005, the production capacity and the products quality will also be improved with the improvement of the working environment. At the moment I'm busy smoothing the inside management to ensure that we can soup up the engine after Spring Festival, and then make every effort to do international trade----go on to be "in love" with our customers on Alibaba!
