Ill Gov Ex-Adviser To Plead Guilty In Gambling Case -Report

A former adviser and fundraiser for Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich plans to plead guilty in a federal criminal case involving gambling, the Chicago Sun-Times reported Tuesday on its Web site, citing a court filing. Christopher Kelly is scheduled to plead guilty on Jan. 16. He is charged with failing to report gambling proceeds.
