Air Guns

Exair (www.exair.com) has developed a new, heavy duty safety air gun and an adjustable, flat air nozzle.

The flat nozzle is designed to be used for ejecting heavy parts and slugs, chip removal, part cleaning, drying, liquid blowoff and cooling applications.

The 2 in., High Power Super Air Nozzle produces a flat, 2 in. (51mm) wide airstream with a blowing force of 2.2 lbs when mounted 12 in. from the target. The company said the nozzle's adjustable force is more than three times that of ordinary air nozzles.

It uses Exair's patented technology to maximize entrained airflow while reducing noise levels. A precise amount of air is released through the .025 in. (0.64mm) air gap opening that is set with a stainless steel shim positioned between the body and removable cap. The airstream pulls in surrounding room air to produce a wide, forceful stream of high velocity, laminar airflow. Air consumption is 37 SCFM at 80 PSIG, and produces an 83 dBA sound level that is below the limits of the OSHA maximum allowable noise exposure standard.
Exair said the force and flow of the nozzle can be adjusted by installing different shim thicknesses.

Separately, Exair's heavy duty, safety gun is designed to remove chips, dust and other contaminants from products, machinery and work surfaces.

It has an ergonomic, composite rubber grip and wide curved trigger to make it comfortable for hours of use without fatigue. It has a durable cast aluminum body that is ideal for rugged, industrial environments.

The heavy duty safety air gun uses a 3/8 NPT compressed air inlet to increase the airflow available to its super air nozzle, resulting in higher force and flow than ordinary air guns. The company said it engineers air exhausts from its Super Air Nozzles to deliver the highest force at the lowest air consumption.

A variety of Heavy Duty Safety Air Gun models use different engineered Super Air Nozzles, to give users a choice of flow, air pattern and force that ranges from 13 oz. to 3.3 lbs.
Applications include parts cleaning, chip removal, part drying, part ejection, and liquid blowoff. Aluminum extension pipes to provide "reach" for areas not easily accessible are available in lengths up to 72".

FROM:BRITE ZUMA

PHONE: +27-73-22-45-361

JOHANNESBURG

SOUTH AFRICA

DEAR SIR/MADAM,

You may be surprised to receive this letter from me since you do not know me
personally, the purpose of my introduction is that, I am BRITE ZUMA,
the son of MR. LUBA ZUMA. who was recently murdered in the land
dispute in Zimbabwe.

Before the death of my father, he had taken me to Johannesburg to deposit
the sum of US$20,500,000.00 (TWENTY MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND UNITED STATES DOLLARS) in one of the private security company, as if he fore saw the looming danger in Zimbabwe. This money was deposited in a box as germ stones to avoid much demurrage from Security Company. This amount was meant for the purchase of new machines and chemicals for the farms and established of new farm in Swaziland.

This land problem came when Zimbabwean President Mr.Robert.Mugabe introduced
a new Land Act reform which wholly affected the rich white farmers and some
few blacks farmers. And this resulted to the killing and mob action by
Zimbabwean war veterans and some lunatics in th society. In fact, a lot of
people were killed because of this land reformed Act for which my father was
one of the victim.

It is against this background that, I and my family who are currently
staying in South Africa decided to transfer my father’s money to foreign
account since the law of South Africa prohibits a refugee (asylumseeker) to
open any bank account or to be involved in any financial transaction
throughout the territorial zone South Africa.

I am saddle with the responsibility of seeking a genuine foreign account
where this money could be transferred without the knowledge of my government
who are bent on taking everything we have got.

The South African government seems to be playing along with them. Iam faced
with the dilemma of investing this amount of money in South Africa for fear
of going through the same experience in future since both countries have
similar political history. Moreover, the South African Foreign Exchange
policy does not allow such investment for an asylum seeker.

As a business tycoon or ordinary citizen, who I have to entrust my future
and of my family in his hands, I must let you know that this transaction is
100%risk free. If you accept to assist me and my family all I want you to do
for me is to make arrangements and come to Johannesburg South Africa, so
that you can open a non-resident account which will aid us in transferring
the money into any account you will nominate overseas. This money I intend
to use for investment.

I have two options for you; firstly you can choose to have certain
percentage of the money for nominating your account for this transaction. Or
you can go into partnership with me for the proper profitable investment of
the money in your country.

Whichever the options you want, feel free to notify me, I am looking forward
to receive your urgent reply.
